Brad Jannenga
Our CEO grew up fishing the Great Lakes and Canada
before moving to rural Arizona at the age of 11.
During his adolescence he hunted small game and
continued to fish, while making his way
through the Boy Scouts. From an early age he showed
an aptitude towards the outdoors and developed
skills in archery, orientation, wilderness survival,
backpacking, kayaking, marksmanship, camping,
first aid, and horsemanship. The University of
Arizona took Brad from the dusty dirt roads of
Arizona into the "big" city of Tucson.
While at U of A he studied Business and Philosophy
eventually leaving to pursue a job in the Technology
field.
After nearly a decade of building large scale
computer networks and leading teams of developers
into the trenches of the dot-com industry, he grew
tired and no longer found it enjoyable to work
within corporate America. In January of 2005 Brad
launched GameandFishGuides.com, his first business
combining his business knowledge, understanding
of technology and love of the outdoors.
